Our shared spaces are living ecosystems—rooted in care, respect, and mutual empowerment.
These guidelines exist to help us tend our community together.
They apply to all Neuromystics™ gatherings, including the Collective (our free peer-support space) and Group Coaching, where we practice showing up with presence, accountability, and compassion for ourselves and one another.
Arrive as you are, in whatever capacity you have that day. Whether you speak often or simply listen, your presence matters.
You are welcome to join with your camera on or off. You choose when and how you engage—there is no pressure to share, and your boundaries will be honored.
We listen deeply without interrupting, dismissing, or centering ourselves in another’s share. We speak from our own experience using “I” statements.
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Do not share anyone’s words, experiences, or identities outside of this space without consent.
Use inclusive language and avoid assumptions about others’ abilities, communication styles, or needs. Give space for different processing times, stimming, note-taking, or other self-regulation practices.
Share in ways that allow room for others. Be aware of how much you’re speaking and make space for quieter voices.
This is an actively anti-oppressive space. Anyone promoting discriminatory beliefs will be removed.
We are here to witness and validate each other’s experiences, not to give unsolicited advice, diagnose, or “fix” anyone.
If harm occurs, we address it with care and accountability rather than blame. We remain open to learning, repair, and growth.
Pauses, tears, and moments of quiet are welcome here. Emotional expression is valid and valued.
Use the names and pronouns participants shared. If you make a mistake, it’s ok — it happens. Correct it and move forward.
Mute when not speaking (if able), minimize background distractions, and be mindful of sensory impact when possible.
When sharing about sensitive topics—such as trauma, abuse, self-harm, or death—give a brief content warning so others can choose how to engage.
If you experience distress during the group, you are welcome to take a break, step away, or privately message the facilitator.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all coaching services, group programs, digital courses, and retreats (“Services”) offered by Neuromystics™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or purchasing any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Policy.
If you have booked one-on-one coaching sessions or a coaching package, you may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested within the 24-hour window, the session will be considered used, and no refund or credit will apply.
If you purchased a multi-session package and wish to discontinue the coaching relationship, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the number of sessions already completed multiplied by the session rate from the total amount paid. We will process the refund after verifying the number of completed sessions and any outstanding administrative obligations.
For small-group journeys or live retreats, you may cancel or withdraw your enrollment up to 21 days before the start date and receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or third-party costs we have incurred (e.g., venue bookings). If you withdraw less than 21 days before the program or retreat start date, no refund will be granted, though you may be offered a credit toward a future program at our discretion.
If Neuromystics cancels or reschedules a program or retreat, you will be offered either a full refund of all amounts paid or a credit toward a future equivalent offering, at your choice.
Because digital courses and self-paced programs are delivered immediately or made accessible online upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted. If you experience technical difficulties with course access or materials, please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. We endeavour to process approved refunds within 7 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund posting to your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.
We recognise that unexpected life changes or serious personal circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration (for example, significant illness, job loss, or family emergency), please contact us at support@neuromystics.com. We will review your circumstances and may, at our discretion, offer an alternative solution (such as credit toward a future offering) in lieu of a standard refund.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session or program without providing the required advance notice, that session or program participation will be considered used, and no refund, credit or make-up will be available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the publication of the revised Policy, and we will post the effective date of the latest version.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
